Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, etc.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documents.
- Support payroll processing, EPF / SOCSO / EIS submissions, and employee leave tracking.
- Prepare various HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, resignation letters, etc.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and internal company events.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process and related HR reporting tasks.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of relevant HR working experience preferred.Meticulous, well-organized, and strong in communication.Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and common HR systems.Sub Specialization : Human Resource; HR Generalist; Recruitment
