As the HR Manager of TCL Malaysia Subsid, responsible for formulating and implementing HR strategy, managing key HR tasks at the branch, and developing a complete HR system aligned with headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and implementing the company\'s HR strategy, participate in the design of the company\'s organizational structure, and optimize the organizational structure.
- Manage and coordinate key HR tasks of the branch : recruitment system, compensation and incentives, performance system, employee relations management, etc.
- Organizational culture : Plan and promote the implementation of corporate culture construction, creating a positive and united working atmosphere.
- Cooperate with the headquarters to implement project-based HR tasks in the branch : engagement projects, annual staffing budget planning, organizational optimization, talent review, etc.
- Focus on the HR system construction of the branch, formulate a complete HR system for the branch and ensure its standardized implementation.
- Take responsibility for recruitment KPIs, ensure the quality and quantity of key position recruitment in the branch, and meet the personnel demand for onboarding.
- Develop and implement the company\'s compensation strategy and structure, work with the general manager to create competitive incentive plans to help the branch achieve its performance targets.
- Other HR and administrative tasks of the branch (supervise 1 administrative specialist)
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or above, majoring in Human Resources Management or related fields;Over 8 years of practical experience in Human Resources and General Affairs;Reliable and responsible, with good teamwork spirit, communication skills, comprehension ability, learning ability and breakthrough spirit;Familiar with recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational planning, employee and labor relations, training and development, performance management, human resources information systems and general affairs knowledge;Have a deep understanding of Malaysian labor6. Possess excellent communication skills and leadership qualities;Proficient in both Chinese and English.Seniority level
