Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead a team of recruiters and manage the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities.
- Work closely with and provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices.
- Develop and implement creative and appealing sourcing tactics and methods.
- Design and lead the implementation of employer branding and talent attraction programs to attract talent, such as career fairs, career seminars, and strategic alliances with universities.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports (e.g., vacancies, aging, tracking, cost reports) and work on improving these metrics to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Focus on human resource planning, and manage and build a talent pipeline and talent bank to ensure a continuous supply of talent.
- Develop and lead employee engagement strategies and programs to enhance employee experience, performance and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups; analyze data and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive culture-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of workplace improvement programs and new HR initiatives that support efficient service delivery and enhance the employee experience.
- To serve as an HR Business Partner to designated business units, providing advice and support on all HR-related matters.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments and administrative duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.Minimum 10-15 years of relevant working experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner or related field.In-depth knowledge of the local talent market, sourcing and assessment tools and interviewing and selection techniques.Extensive experience in designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent acquisition and management; and employee engagement programs.Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and writing skills.Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.Resourceful, analytical and a problem-solver with strong management and leadership abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
