- Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new / existing business opportunities.
- To manage project development from initiation to closure.
- To build up and manage the project pipelines in the assigned area in order to maximize the business with them and achieving the sales target.
- To understand customers needs and bring successfully SKK Paint products / service directly to customers.
- To build and strengthen relationship with potential partners and customers i.e. Contractors, Developer, Design Consultant, Interior Designers & End users.
- To do customer mapping to identify the main players on market segments.
- To develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer, ensure continuity of effective communication with customers and identify key decision makers.
- To track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
- Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor when handling all matters.
- Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plan.
- Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any related courses.Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.Good communication and presentation skills.Possess own transport.Willing to travel within Klang Valley (for KL base) and Johor (for Johor base applicant).#J-18808-Ljbffr
