Responsibilities
- Assist in daily HR and administrative operations.
- Manage employee records and documentation.
- Handle payroll preparation and ensure timely processing.
- Support HR compliance matters, including CIDB and ISO documentation and coordination.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
