► Ensure hygiene rules are followed to ensure freshness, safety and quality of the merchandise
► Exhibit professionalism dealing with customer, supplier & other staff in protecting & enhancing store image.
► To ensure of efficient, speedy and systematic receiving
Organization Efficiency
► Ensure product receiving and returning activities are according to procedures
► Monitor and control compliance with quality line procedures (cold chain management)
► Ensure product handling (movement & placement) are according to procedure to minimize breakage & loss
► To highlight to commercial divisions on issues related to product problems - quality, barcode etc
► To counter check and ensure all data input process to system are keyed in with highest accuracy
► To monitor and control the management of the documents / records that related to receiving & returning process to sustain good payment process and product supplies
► To ensure all working area and tools are according requirement (audit) standard
► Prepare daily activity report as required to Store Manager and Logistic as necessary (discrepancy report, no of receiving etc)
► React properly to inconsistencies, abnormal situation, such as discrepancies on quantity and receiving flow
► To follow procedure for inter store transfer and monitor movement for non-trade items.
Employee Training and Development
► To adhere to Aeon Big Malaysia Human Resource Policies
► Evaluate subordinate performance yearly on the basis of set objectives vs results and achieved OKR
► Communicate periodically with team on main OKR to ensure awareness arise and for team improvement
► Contribute to associates competencies exercise by continuous supervision & monitoring team efficiency.
► To train and re-train staff when necessary to maximize their potential.
► On The Job Training for a new joiner, Associate and Foreign Worker.
► Enforce on the loss control and prevention measures through close monitoring and supervision of receiving,
returning, delivery and breakage process.
► React on receiving discrepancy accordingly, logistic discrepancy & rectify on DO, invoice for other receiving
