Key Responsibilities : Define and execute business strategy to drive growth, market expansion, and profitability. Lead the Sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets. Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and applications. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and key account management. Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership. Represent company at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and business development team. Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance KPIs aligned with corporate goals. Requirements Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Sales / Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 12–15 years’ commercial / strategic experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership. Strong background in chemicals or manufacturing industry. Proven success in driving growth, expanding markets, and meeting revenue / profit targets. Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
