Position Overview The Food & Beverage Supervisor / Team Leader assists in the daily management of all F&B operations — including restaurants, bars, banquets, and meeting suites — ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. The role supports the F&B Manager in maintaining smooth operations, optimizing profitability, and driving team performance. Key Responsibilities
Business Performance Assist in planning and reviewing monthly budgets, revenue forecasts, and expenses.
Business Performance Analyze monthly reports and highlight variances against business goals.
Business Performance Participate in management meetings to review operational progress and contribute to business planning.
Business Performance Support the implementation of profit enhancement initiatives in collaboration with the Kitchen and Marketing teams.
Business Performance Monitor and control food, beverage, labour, and operating supply costs to ensure alignment with budget.
Outlet Operations Conduct daily briefings to communicate key information to the team.
Outlet Operations Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with standards.
Outlet Operations Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and timely service delivery.
Outlet Operations Build rapport with guests, anticipate their preferences, and provide personalized service.
Outlet Operations Handle guest feedback and complaints tactfully and efficiently.
Outlet Operations Oversee cashiering, bar operations, and administrative documentation.
Outlet Operations Check cleanliness and hygiene of outlet and back-of-house areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Outlet Operations Maintain knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and hotel services.
Outlet Operations Ensure sufficient stock levels, proper handovers, and effective communication across shifts.
Outlet Operations Assist other outlets as required during peak business periods.
Team Management Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Team Management Monitor team appearance, performance, and professionalism.
Team Management Conduct on-the-job training and performance appraisals.
Team Management Prepare weekly staff schedules according to business levels and operational needs.
Team Management Participate in monthly departmental meetings to share updates and gather feedback.
