Client Our client is a leading FMCG distribution company in Malaysia. It distributes F&B, household, personal care products and Pet food for more than 200 international, domestic third-party and own house brands through a vast network of hypermarkets, supermarkets, pharma chains, provision shops, convenience stores / kiosks, etc.

Additionally, it also operates a chain of retail supermarkets and mini-marts. Job Summary Based in Puchong, Selangor, this HOD role takes charge of own house brands including. new product development as well as those agency brands where the principal requires marketing services.

Responsible for driving brand growth and enhancing market share by developing and implementing innovative marketing and trade marketing strategies. Leads the marketing team to ensure effective brand positioning in target markets while optimizing relationships with channel partners and retail execution to maximize sales performance. Through in-depth market research and data analysis, this position aims to provide strategic market insights that support the overall business objectives.
