Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-5 years of experience required. Familiar with e-invoicing Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles (e.g., MFRS, IFRS). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL-based systems). Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to speak Mandarin as you will be required to liaise with the ERP system consultants, who are from China. Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
We are representing our client who is in the steel manufacturing industry. As part of our client's ongoing ERP system implementation, they are seeking a Junior Finance Executive to join the team.
Job Responsibility
- Prepare, record, and process daily financial transactions, including journal entries, fund transfers, and payments.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow and fund movements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial schedules, including trade, investment, and expense schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and banks.
- Assist in preparing audit and tax documentation and statutory submissions.
- Support the implementation and testing of accounting systems and process improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and support finance-related projects.
