Responsibilities

• Communicate product specification and pricing to the customer
• Liaise with Project Dealer on the progress of the tendering
• Liaise with Finance on the application of new account for new customer
• Liaise with Technical Support team if there is need for design
• Liaise with Sales Admin on the delivery of product to customer
• Update Sales Planning on the progress of each project
• Communicate customer complaint to the relevant party and recommend improvement action
• Provide technical support & training to dealers & contractors
• Expand and serve contractor
• Secure project in the market
