Reach out to us to learn more! What you'll be doing : Be a friendly first point of contact to handle and resolve members’ queries. Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customise prepared responses to members’ situations. Deliver excellent customer service through our communication channels (Naluri Assistant chat, phone, message and email) Working on-site for the events or the comfiness of your own home / office. Able to work on shift basis We want you to have : Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in any Health Sciences field or equivalent major, a plus if it's Psychology, Counseling or any background equivalent to Health Care Management Fluent communication skills in English and (optional Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin are encouraged) A passion for change and a strong drive for outcomes Are open to new ideas and creativity Are willing to learn and grow in a fast-changing environment 1 -2 years of experience in CX (Fresh encouraged) Willing to relocate within the Klang Valley region Can travel around - travel allowance provided The most important parts of our culture are : Teams work together to decide what will give our customers the most value and how to accomplish it.
