Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Identify prospects, generate leads, and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, promotional events, and inquiries.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on market trends and customer needs.
• Prepare weekly updates on project status (WIP) and deliver post-mortem reports at the end of each project.
