Base pay range

MYR36,000.00 / yr - MYR48,000.00 / yr

The Company

Pepper Cloud is a Singapore-based SaaS company offering AI-powered WhatsApp CRM solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across multiple industries. The CRM platform helps companies streamline sales management, marketing automation, client conversations, business analytics, and more. We currently serve clients across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Canada, Thailand, and Indonesia.

The Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive, preferably with a background in technology sales, to drive business growth across the Southeast Asian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell to Southeast Asian markets.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and leveraging professional networks.
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and CRM to build and maintain qualified leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Share and receive constructive feedback on lead quality and pipeline health.
  • Complete and report 50–70 daily outbound activities using the internal CRM.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track critical sales metrics daily.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS sales to SMBs or SMEs.
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in technology sales.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demos.
  • Notice period : Immediate to 15 days
  • Mandatory
