Key Account Manager-Long Tail (2)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of seller accounts in long tail segment.
  • Develop deep understanding of sellers business needs and objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and execute action plans to close performance gaps.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with sellers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • More than 2 years of experience in in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Excel
