Penerangan pekerjaanManage day-to-day administrative & HR function and duties.Monitor and manage foreign worker matters (permit / visa applications, renewals, levy, insurance, medical check-ups, hostel arrangements).Ensure accuracy of HR records such as employee files, attendance, and leave management.Assist in document preparation with social audit (e.g., SMETA, BSCI, FSC)Assist in implementing and maintaining workplace safety policies and procedures.To ensure Factory safety and occupational health standards are adhered to audit requirements.To oversee security Guard and ensure Security Company perform its' duties & responsibilities according to the Contract.To assist in prepare production payroll.Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the Superior.
