Job Scope :
- Diagnosis & Troubleshooting : Inspect and identify faults, malfunctions, or performance issues in equipment or systems under group range of products (SPD, ELP Monitoring System, CPLR & others).
- Repair & Maintenance : Perform repairs, part replacements, and preventive maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct functional and safety tests to confirm repairs meet operational specifications.
- Liaise with admin submission billing for Solar-log monitoring system activation & deactivation of plants before the next cycle.
- Technical Documentation : Maintain accurate records of repair activities, parts used, and customer service reports.
- Customer Support : Provide technical guidance to customers, explaining repair findings, solutions, and preventive measures.
- Collaboration : Work closely with procurement, inventory, and technical teams to ensure spare parts availability and timely service.
- Compliance & Safety : Follow company protocols, safety procedures, and environmental regulations during repair work.
- Ah-hoc on duties assigned by the Head of Department
Qualification Required :
Education : Diploma (any Electrical & Electronic / Solar Background)
Experience : Service & Repair (3 years' experience in Electronic components repairing field)
Specialized Skill(s :
Possess good communication skills, comprehension skillsProactive, strategic and detail-oriented approaches with a strong commitment to quality and efficiencyStrong understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements.Bahasa Malaysia and English (Written & Spoken). Ability to speak in Mandarinis an added advantageCertification(s : Diploma and above
Knowledge :
Well-known about the Electrical, electronic component, Solar System operation & logic for repairs.Basic components knowledge and logic.Hand-on skills must be good.
