Collections Control Associate

Penerangan pekerjaanPerform daily subscriber collection reconciliation using MS Access and Excel Follow-up with internal and external parties to resolve reconciling items timely Identify and report any suspicious fraudulent collection activity to the Team Leader Completion of month-end or year-end activities within timelines set Trending and dashboard reporting for subscriber collections Degree holder in Business Administration, IT, Finance or related field At least 1 year experience in doing complex reconciliations Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia Has strong knowledge of Phyton, Power BI to create collection trend dashboards Experience in MS Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Confident, self-motivated and proactive individual Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Customer service oriented and has good interpersonal skills Once you've applied online, our team will carefully review your application. In this role you will be responsible to complete daily reconcile between customer collections received and the bank account. You will also be required to take follow up actions to resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
