Manager (Head of) Sales Operations and Logistics MALSIN

The Electrolux Group, a leading global appliance company, is seeking a Manager to head its Sales Operations and Logistics team. The role involves managing end-to-end Sales Operations & Supply Chain for the country, with a focus on demand forecast and supply planning, supporting the sales team, and optimizing inventory and working capital. Key Responsibilities : Drive monthly IBP Demand & Supply Planning review using historical sales data and statistical forecasting techniques. Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing to create a rolling 18-month demand plan. Develop effective relationships with suppliers and inform them of changes to the supply forecast. Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues in a constructive manner. Facilitate and lead the local Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Manage 3PL partners to ensure day-to-day logistics activities meet agreed performance levels. Oversee daily order fulfillment activities and troubleshoot order management issues. Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of internal department staff. Requirements : Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain management position. Excellent understanding of operational demand forecasting and supply planning concepts. Experience with planning, preparing, and leading S&OP meetings. Solid understanding of core warehousing, logistics, and distribution processes. Proven ability to consistently improve performance in service level improvement, inventory reduction, or cost reduction. What We Offer : Hybrid working arrangement.
