Penerangan pekerjaan5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on regional hiring and payroll. Relevant experience as HR Manager and liaising with HǪ / Regional branches. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proficient Japanese language and English skill will be required to report with Japan HǪ, Stakeholders and each branches. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage HR tasks across different time zones (Mainly in Asia).
Seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in regional hiring, payroll management, and fluency in Japanese. The HR Manager will oversee human resources operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the APAC region including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- (Actual payroll will be outsourced.)
- Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile and report payroll.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures regionally.
- Serve as a liaison between headquarters and regional offices to ensure smooth HR operations.
