Overview

We are growing the team and seeking highly motivated and results-driven professionals to spearhead our efforts in acquiring and developing new SME clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquiring SME clients through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Leading negotiations and closing deals to expand the SME loan portfolio effectively.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ financing requirements and delivering tailored loan solutions aligned with their business needs.
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless loan processing and excellent client experience.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously enhance our product offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in SME / Business Banking with a focus on SME financing and microfinancing products.
  • Established and extensive B2B network with SME clients and access to high-profile SME contacts.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented “hunter” mentality.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
