Job Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a courteous manner.
  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and provide accurate information.
  • Handle billing, payments, and issuance of receipts.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain front office area in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
  • Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in related field
  • Experience in customer service, receptionist, or healthcare front desk is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin / Tamil is an advantage).
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
