Job Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a courteous manner.
- Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Handle billing, payments, and issuance of receipts.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain front office area in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
- Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in related fieldExperience in customer service, receptionist, or healthcare front desk is an added advantage.Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin / Tamil is an advantage).Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientationBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as requiredJob Type : Full-time
