Key Responsibilities :
- Handle daily logistics operations including shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking.
- Manage import / export processes, including preparation and verification of shipping documents (BL, invoices, packing lists, permits, etc.).
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Monitor and update shipment status to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and trade requirements.
- Assist in resolving operational issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and related operational data.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support client requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.At least 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in freight forwarding.Good knowledge of shipping documents, Incoterms, customs clearance, and import / export regulations.Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office and logistics-related software / systems.Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle time-sensitive matters.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
