Business Development Specialist

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients in Malaysia , focusing on sellers and brands across Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, and TikTok Shop .
• Drive end-to-end acquisition : lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Conduct in-depth research on Malaysia's e-commerce ecosystem , tracking emerging trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements.
• Monitor platform updates (Shopee campaigns, Lazada cross-border, TikTok Shop TSP / SSP ecosystem) to identify opportunities.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and sellers to create strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align on cross-border or multi-market opportunities.
• Track and report progress on sales pipelines, client engagement, and revenue forecasts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and expanding existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within client portfolios.
• Drive client retention and lifetime value through proactive engagement.
