Job Description
Collaborate with the CEO to formulate annual short and long-term goals and objectives. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Operations
- Manage and oversee daily operations
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation
- Manage, oversee and problem solve
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvement.
- Streamline processes to reduce costs and increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in building middle management team
- Recruit, train, and inspire all department managers encompassing administrative, sales, parts, collision, and service departments.
- Conduct formal performance evaluations of department managers regularly.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Establishes and evaluates monthly and annual goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with actual performance.
- Prepare and manage the budget, P&L, and financial forecasting.
- Performs additional assigned tasks as needed.
People

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.3 - 5 years of experience in operations management in media, tech or related field.3 - 5 years of experience managing teams, building company culture.3 - 5 years of experience in managing, developing and implementing effective operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.Fluent in both spoken and written English.Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilise data for decision-making.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Knowledge of local regulations and market trends in the media industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of the media industry and market dynamics.Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
