Job Description

• Salesforce data entry and LoanApp management
• Download documents – ensure all documents are present and valid, including renaming the documents
• Create leads and convert to opportunities
• Push to funder application – ensure all the details are accurate
• Submit application to funder
• Sent credit guides if applicable
• Management of valuation report
• Follow up
• Generate credit reports and complete title search
• Management of progress draws
• Complete KYC – IDyou or IDkit
• Complete application forms and sending for signatures
• Complete funding table and servicing calculator
• Draft credit proposal for credit assessment
• Credit assessment – assessing applications prior to submission to the credit analyst for review
• Complete risk and fraud assessments
• Review credit limits in line with 360MMS policies and procedures
• Recommend for approval / decline
• Complete cover sheets
• Dealing with underwriter MIR and queries
• Assist with Pre & Post settlement enquiries
• Ad hoc task as necessary
