Job Responsibilities
Responsible for retail channel (modern trade and general trade) sales achievement in the assigned branches / region.
Track, monitor and analyze products, channel and customer sales trends.
Work with distributor sales team to ensure execution excellence in 4 key aspects i.e distribution expansion, product merchandising, on-shelf availability and promotion activities implementation.
Provide market intelligence pertaining to market trend and competitor activities in the respective region.
Provide sales operational support to sales team and assist in day-to-day coordination.
Responsible for data maintenance and execute analysis to extract and summarize different types of data.
Manage and track trade spend including Advertising & Promotion fund and provisions and payment to distributor.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related fields.
2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably from leading MNC companies.
Experience in retail trade channel is desired. Working experience in other trade channels will also be considered.
Experience in managing distributors is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office : Excel (E.g. pivot table, V-lookups, Index / Match function), PowerPoint and Word.
Strong logical thinking and analytical ability.
