- Overseeing and administering all HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Coordinating and delivering employee training and development programmes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
- Assisting with performance management and appraisal processes
- Collaborating with department heads to identify and address HR-related concerns
