Responsibilities :
- To support and maintain the company's mission critical business applications. To provide 1st line support
- Take ownership of incidents and progress through to closure Investigate and resolve incidents quickly and efficiently
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps, testing & results Creates and amends programs in accordance to design by senior
- Provide assistance and advice to customers in the effective use of systems and applications
- Must be able to clearly communicate to customers, teammates and management Ensure that any assigned project work is completed on time and meets the required scope
- Ability to work in a team
- Provide out of hours on call support
Requirements :
Bachelor of degree in Computer Science or equivalentMinimal 2 years in troubleshooting and analytical skills Programming / Support and debugging exposure in either of COBOL / RPGCommunicate well both in written and verbalCandidates with Credit Card applications or COBOL400 experience is an advantageWilling to adept to new systems and new platform (AS400)Good analytical skills and ability to work independentlyAbility to work in a teamProvide out of hours on call supportJob Type : Full-time
Pay : Up to RM6,000.00 per month
