We are looking for experienced candidate to fill up the opening immediately for OFFICE FURNITURE exporting premium brand in Malaysia. The premium office product has recently gained international recognition and significant market share for reputable corporate office projects and interiors of commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities :

• Creating and executing online marketing campaigns, managing product listings, and optimizing the online shopping experience.
• Overseeing the company's website and potentially third-party marketplaces, ensuring accurate product information and effective promotion of products.
• Tracking website analytics, sales performance metrics, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Working with marketing, sales, IT, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.
• Coordinating inventory levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and managing customer service for online orders.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in e-commerce technology, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
• Implementing strategies to attract visitors to the online store and converting those visitors into paying customers.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to online purchases.
