Assistant Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanAge between 28–35; Chinese candidates are preferred. Bachelor's degree or above, with strong communication and coordination skills. Previous experience in customer service or finance is required, with at least 1–2 years of management or team leadership experience. Hardworking, resilient, and able to adapt to overtime and weekend on-call duties. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. Quick learner with a willingness to rotate across different functions and take on management responsibilities. Strong sense of responsibility and a team-oriented mindset.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the General Manager with daily administrative, operational, and management tasks.
- Coordinate and follow up with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support customer service and finance-related duties, handling day-to-day issues.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Participate in project management and assist in planning and execution.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and serve as a management trainee for future leadership roles.
- Act as a support role to the Manager, capable of taking over certain decision-making tasks when required.
