We're looking for a Sales Coordinator who is proactive, organized, and ready to support our growing sales team. If you enjoy ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be your perfect role

Your Role :

• Assist sales team in planning and organizing daily appointments and schedules.
• Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with customers.
• Help prepare documents related to sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth customer experiences.
• Track and update important information accurately for easy team reference.

What We're Looking For :

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication in English, Malay & (mandarin is a +)

Tech-savvy and comfortable handling data and reports.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Minimum Diploma or relevant experience in admin / sales coordination.
