Credit & Receivables Manager (Uo to 9.5K | Shah Alam)
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Receivables & Credit Operations to lead the credit control and AR functions for a leading FMCG distributor. The role focuses on ensuring effective credit management, timely collection, and sound financial control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Credit Control team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and implement credit policies to minimize risk exposure.
- Review customer credit applications, references, and set credit limits.
- Monitor AR ageing reports, journal entries, and assist in month-end closing.
- Work closely with Sales to manage overdue accounts and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and present aged debtors and collection reports to management.
- Engage with customers on long‑overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
