Job Responsibilities :
STRATEGIC HC & GROWTH
- Drive the communication and implementation of Management Plan strategies
- Formulate HC annual plans and strategies
- Lead network / relationship & process optimisation for streamlining for the internal practice compliance & group synergy
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Operate within the approved annual plans and framework of the HC strategic directions set for the Region and CompanyDrive the Companys / Regions operational HCA improvement initiativesSupport the internal stakeholders by reviewing and providing the adequate manpower and resourcesSTRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
Provide HC directions for the Region in-line with the Operations and Companys HCA strategy.Set the affected Region shared KPI and targets; and drive overall business performance through the Region M-Plan for Business and HR.Provide advice and guidance to all Operating Units within the region and ensure HR and business strategic alignments are consistently met.ORGANIZATIONAL & TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Formulate robust Talent & Succession to ensure business continuityCreate and maintain an organizational environment that promotes positive staff morale and performanceMotivate and facilitate a high-performance management team; provide coaching and mentoring to relevant team and stakeholdersSupport the development talent @ team to ensure the Region maintains a strong succession plan.Facilitate and monitor the people development in all operating units within the regionPERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Lead the achievement of the HC / People related performance against set targetsReview and constantly manage HC performance through periodical and yearly performance reviews and dialogues with team and stakeholdersIdentify defining actions and introduce key intervention measures when necessaryJob Requirements :
Solid background in HR leadership within the similar industryIn-depth knowledge of IR and experience dealing with relevant labour unionsProven experience in organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and succession planningAbility to manage HR policies, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws and regulationsStrong interpersonal skills to manage multi-level workforce dynamics across estates, mills, and corporate officesJob details :
