Structural Engineer

About the role

As a Structural Engineer at DCT ENGINEERING SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in the designs, analyzes, and oversees the construction of structures at site, ensuring their safety and stability by calculating loads, selecting materials, and creating detailed plans using computer-aided design software. Key responsibilities include collaborating with architects and contractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, conducting site inspections, and supervising construction personnel.  This full-time position will see you contributing to the company's success through your expertise in structural analysis, design, and project execution.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting structural analysis and design for a variety of civil engineering projects
• Preparing engineering drawings, specifications, and reports
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Providing technical support and advice to project managers and clients
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practices
