Account safety

Key Responsibility :

• Review user appeals related to WeChat account restrictions (this is a back-office role, no direct user interaction required);
• Conduct account verification and make operational decisions based on platform review guidelines;
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to propose workflow improvements and ensure efficient and accurate handling of appeals.

Requirment :

At least 6 months of experience in account or content review;

Familiarity with WeChat; knowledge of online fraud techniques is a strong advantage;

Detail-oriented, patient, and able to handle high-volume, fast-paced, and repetitive tasks under pressure;

Require to work in shifts or on public holidays

Mandarin(Chinese) and English as working language

It's an Outsourced role.
