Job purpose : To professionally represent Bronson & Jacobs to an assigned group of customers in Malaysia. Provide effective management of existing accounts and to meet the sales, financial, operational and strategic business objectives
Accountabilities
Safety Health & Environment
Ensure that business is conducted within statutory and company SH&E requirements and show continuous improvement in SH&E performance.
Output : : Fit-for promotion of product range; maintenance of a safe working environment; provision of personal leadership on safety issues internally and externally.
Measures : SHE Charter conformance, SH&E rating in employee surveys, no product recalls; all incidents and complaints reported; label conformance to regulation; supplier conformance.
Creative Customer Solutions
Constantly seeks to identify new opportunities and assess their value to the company and the customer / prospect in terms of strategic fit, profitability and risk to the business
Output : Establishes and builds relationships within major customer organisations to understand their needs and long term direction, and swift respond to requirements
Measures : Profitable maintenance and sales growth of customer
Resolve complaints quickly and professionally, by identifying caused of complaint and provide solution
Promote new market trend and recommend suitable products that will help customers increase their product value and market position.
Commercial Ownership
Ensure the business run in cost effectively manner and with aim of rapid and sustainable sales growth
Output : Constantly seeks to identify new opportunities and assess this value to the company and customer in terms of strategic fit, profitability and risk to the business
Measures : Monitoring sales and profitable margin outcome against forecast and applying corrective action when necessary to achieve the agreed sales targets
Protects company interest ( GM, reputation, contracts, position, service level) whilst maintaining and enhancing key customer relationship.
Working Together
Developing and maintaining collaborative, cooperative and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders ; customer service, logistic coordinator, finance, warehouse, etc
Output : Conduct frequent meeting with team to support process improvement

Current turnover is approx. $4M, primarily as a trading business, with 2 warehouses and many subcontract logistics providers. The business currently operates with 10 employees.
