We’re looking for an Ads Content & Email Marketing Specialist who combines creative storytelling with data analysis to drive revenue growth across paid ads and retention channels.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, script, and produce high-performing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Analyse ad performance (CTR, ROAS, conversion rate) to optimise creative direction
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, including automation flows, A / B tests, and segmentation
- Develop data-backed strategies for customer journey (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)
- Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams to turn insights into action
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns to drive both acquisition and retention
- Stay updated with trends on Meta, TikTok, and GMV Max tools to enhance creative testing
What We’re Looking For

Basic knowledge in media buying on TikTok Shop, Shopee Ads (CPAS), and Meta Ads Manager.Deep understanding of decision-making funnel metrics (CTR, Add-to-Cart Rate, Initiate Checkout Rate, Conversion Rate).Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven decision making.Hungry-for-growth mindset : ambitious, adaptable, and willing to experiment.Hands-on executive behaviour : proactive, accountable, and execution-focused.Excellent cross-team communication and teamwork skills.Ability to own online revenue results with full responsibility.Nice-to-Haves
