Procurement Specialist (Portuguese Speaker) - Based in KL
We are seeking a talented and driven Procurement Specialist (Portuguese Speaker) to join the team at Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic procurement and inventory management initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
- Process and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Review, verify, and process supplier invoices for accuracy.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain records and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
