The incumbent is responsible for managing expatriate management, contract administration, mobility, employee engagement, and performance management. The role ensures compliant execution of international assignments, work pass processes, management of new ventures and the full employment contract lifecycle. It also plays an integral role in driving employee engagement activities and supporting the performance management lifecycle. The individual will work closely with HR stakeholders, leaders, and employees to provide timely support, ensure smooth HR operations, and contribute to continuous improvement and HR initiatives that enable organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end expatriate processes including international assignments, relocations, immigration, work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Contract Administration
Oversee the full employment contract lifecycle, including drafting, issuance, amendments, extensions, and ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.Employee Mobility
Coordinate employee movement across functions, countries, and business units, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organisational policies.Management of New Ventures
Responsible for all HR operational and administrative activities for new ventures, including contract management, documentation, HR systems setup, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.Employee Engagement
Plan, coordinate, and execute engagement programmes and activities that strengthen culture and employee experience across the organisation.Performance Management
Support the full performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, mid‑cycle reviews, year‑end evaluations, and manager / employee communications.Others
Provide timely guidance to leaders and employees on HR matters across the assigned portfolios.Ensure accurate records, data integrity, and compliance across HR systems and processes; identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.Contribute to HR initiatives, audits, reporting, and cross‑functional projects that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferable).Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, MIHRM) are an added advantage.Additional training in mobility, compensation & benefits, or employment law is beneficial.Requirements
Preferably 5 years or more of relevant experience in a generalist capacity.Hands‑on experience in expatriate management, mobility processes, and work pass / immigration administration (preferred).Demonstrated experience supporting employee engagement and performance management cycles (preferred).Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR processes, and compliance requirements.Experience working in fast‑paced, multicultural, or matrix environments is advantageous.Technical Competencies : Expatriate & Mobility Management, Employment Contract & Documentation Management, HR Operations & Systems, Employee Engagement & Performance Management (preferred).Seniority level
