Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Executive with proven experience in HRD Corp-claimable training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our dental and orthodontic training courses to clinics and dental professionals, securing partnerships, and expanding market presence under HRD Corp initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the dental and healthcare industry.
- Promote Dr Clear Aligners' HRD Corp-claimable training programs to clinics, dentists, and professional organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D teams, and clinic decision-makers to secure training bookings.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, closing deals, and after-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with the clinical and marketing teams to align training content with market demand.
- Provide consultation on HRD Corp claim procedures and support clients through the application process.
- Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, dental congresses, and networking events.
- Continuously monitor competitor offerings and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HRD Corp training program sales or related B2B training sales.Familiarity with HRD Corp claimable course processes, requirements, and documentation.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the professional training or healthcare sector.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Strong organizational and client relationship management skills.Experience in dental, healthcare, or aesthetic industries is a strong advantage.
