About the Job

This role requires a Production Supervisor, to oversee the daily operations of the injection molding line, ensuring all production, quality, and delivery goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Production and Team Leadership : Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met. Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians. Manage shift planning, attendance, and task delegation.
• Quality and Process Management : Inspect products for quality and troubleshoot molding defects. Enforce safety and quality standards. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce defects and optimize production cycles.
• Machine and Tooling Management : Operate molding machines and adjust peripheral equipment. Coordinate with maintenance for mold changeovers and report equipment issues promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain daily production records, defect logs, and downtime reports. Support audit and documentation requirements.
