Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to nurture and strengthen relationships with our company’s most important clients. The role involves driving revenue growth by ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and actively participating in meetings, conventions, and training sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients to expand our client base.
Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Relationships : Develop and sustain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients contributing significantly to company revenue.
- Client Issue Resolution : Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing and resolving complaints or concerns effectively.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams—advertising, marketing, sales, design, and logistics—to ensure client needs are met.
- Customized Solutions & Negotiation : Understand client requirements deeply, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts aligned with their long‑term goals.
What matters in this role
