What You'll Be Doing :
Be thetech hero
to our customers—respond to calls & digital interactions, solving real-world tech issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, and more.
Troubleshoot, guide, and provide full end-to-end support (we don't leave customers hanging).Keep them in the loop with regular updates and friendly follow-ups.Stay on top of product updates and new releases—because the tech world never sleepsBe a voice for the customer—share feedback with team leads to help improve our services.What You Bring :
Degree, Diploma, or equivalent
(fresh grads welcome).
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese(spoken & written).
Passion for tech and helping people—even better if you've helped troubleshoot for family / friends.Understanding of PC / laptop / tablet hardware and tech.Familiar withMicrosoft Windows & Office Suites
A team player who can also rock it independently—especially when working from home.What You'll Get :
