Job Description :
Responsible for providing administrative and human resource support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This role includes assisting the Managing Directors with coordination, documentation, and office management while handling HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Managing Directors with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and office records.
- Handle recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, and interview arrangements.
- Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, warning, termination, etc.) and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external parties such as vendors, government agencies, and service providers when required.
- Provide general administrative support to all departments.
- Handle company vehicle maintenance including Puspakom reservation, services and etc.
Skills & Requirements :
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Job Type : Full-time
