About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Account Manager with 3–5 years of experience in sales and account management. The role involves engaging with clients, managing tender processes, and driving business growth through strong relationship management and effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts to achieve revenue and business objectives.
- Engage with clients regularly to understand requirements, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents in line with client and company requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, and operations) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tender responses.
- Track and monitor tender opportunities, ensuring compliance with submission deadlines and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure successful deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and account status to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English as this position requires to speak with local clients.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at various levels.Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.Good organizational skills with attention to detail in handling tender submissions.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).#J-18808-Ljbffr
