Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, tests, and assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage the offer process, negotiations, and onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with policies.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualification and Skills :
Bachelor's / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with astrong preference for candidates who have worked in recruitment agencies or fast-paced corporate environments.
Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple functions and levels.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Sound knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and market trends.Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
