IT Service Desk Engineer

Job Description :

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer (Japanese or Mandarin Speaking) to join our Managed Services Business Unit (MSBU). You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking IT-related support via phone, email, or tickets.

Location : Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia

Job Type : 12-Months Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide 1st level IT support and assistance to Japanese or China clients.
• Handle and respond to assigned tickets, calls, emails, and voicemails.
• Log and track all support issues in the system according to SOPs.
• Translate documents (Japanese / Mandarin English) when required.
• Stay updated with support policies, technical knowledge, and client operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Desk Manager / Team Lead.
