Business Development & Sourcing Manager

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and manufacturers in Malaysia and other markets.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive advantage.

Build and maintain long-term positive relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards.

Export & Operations Coordination

Oversee the end-to-end process of exporting goods from Malaysia to the Philippines, including documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination.

Work closely with the Philippines office to align shipment schedules, product specifications, and inventory requirements.

Resolve operational or logistical issues promptly and effectively.

Business Development (Malaysia Market)

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers in Malaysia for globally sourced products.

Initiate exploratory discussions with distributors, retailers, and other potential partners.

Support the development of market entry strategies for Malaysia.

Represent the company at trade shows, supplier visits, and industry events.

General Administration & Reporting

Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, supplier status, and market development progress.

Manage administrative tasks related to contracts, documentation, and compliance.

Provide input into strategic decision-making based on market intelligence and supplier feedback.
