Responsibilities
- Handling enquiries coming from email / WhatsApp and provide accurate information about the services and product of Seven Star.
- Working with team to address, respond and resolve client's complaints and issues efficiently.
- Escalating to higher level if necessary.
- Taking initiative to understand relevant background of the client's relocation / MM2H needs.
- Connecting with international clients and managing their enquiries.
- Assist in providing good post-service work for customers, maintain communication with customers, and ensure all questions are diligently answered.
- Connecting with internal team for updates and share back with the client.
- Manage and maintain customer data and documentation; maintain regular follow-ups with clients to provide updates.
- Dealing with related department for customer's enquiries on Seven Star's service product.
Qualifications
Preferably with 1 - 2 years of experiences in customer service. Fresh graduates are welcome.Holds Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Admin / Hospitality / related fields.Excellent bilingual written and oral communication skills (Mandarin and English).Able to connect with customer and provide empathetic service.Highly self-motivated and able to meet deadlines (Yeah, admissions deadlines!).Strong organization skill and able to handle international clients.Experience in customer service / knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable but not required.Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.Benefits
